We're not sure we'll be signing up for our CSA again this year - we LOVED the variety, but we are also loving the expansion project on our own yard. My husband is definitely the green thumb around here, I just whip up some good eats with what he cultivates from dirt, water, sun and seed!
So stay posted, because no matter what will hope to give out some creative and kid-friendly eats that I'll test market on my own 6 and 4 1/2 year old boys. Granted, they'll eat about anything but I'll try to offer some alternatives for the not so adventurous.
Fear not, the dull winter months will soon make way for lots of colors and rich dishes!
